DAY 1

Welcome to Parma, named “Creative City of Gastronomy” by UNESCO, the symbol of a region where unique raw materials are the core ingredients of some of the most important and iconic foods in the world. In this wonderland, a gentle sea breeze brushes his majesty Parma ham, allowing it to dry and giving it its distinctive aroma, and 600 litres of milk – along with a lot of passion – are needed to make one wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano, another worldwide famous Italian excellence.

 

DAY 2

Secrets kept in centuries-old traditions and people able to hand them down from generation to generation: in the heart of Emilia Romagna, land of pork-butchery par excellence, you will enjoy unforgettable experiences thanks to guided tours and amazing tastings. And the same people who keep these secrets will make you discover authentic savours and flavours.

 

DAY 3

If you are a foodie and love losing yourself into traditional dishes and the stories behind them, then the Val d’Arda is definitely the place for you. From the medieval village of Castell’Arquato to the Cistercian abbey of Chiaravalle della Colomba, we will guide you along the Via Francigena on a journey through local traditions.

 

 

DAY 4

A long journey, between the sacred and the profane, to discover the wonderful Piacenza hills and their well renowned wines, which are the envy of the world. Here winemakers, who have centuries-old ties with this land, will tell you the secrets of such a long-standing tradition, and meanwhile, you’ll be able to taste the sweet nectar of the Piacenza hills, sip by sip.
